From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a Visual and Communication Designer for Teatro Franco Parenti and Bagni Misteriosi in Milan, developing both offline materials (posters, flyers, and small publications) and online communication.

	Master's thesis project (2022) which investigates, through a historical and semiotic analysis, the theme of verbovisuality. Beginning from the origin of writing, this research highlights the meeting points between word and image among the artistic, poetic and design explorations over the centuries. Being familiar with the history of these intersections – from medieval figurative poems to Futurist tavole parolibere, from Concrete poetry to expressive logotypes – can help designers to better understand the potential of the several combinations of these two factors, allowing them to learn how to convey their message more effectively, and to develop better awareness driving their layout choices.


This project was shortlisted by AWDA 2023 and presented at Triennale di Milano on 25 Novembre 2023.
Moreover, in 2024 Trasformazioni verbovisve was published on Pittogramma.xyz.

The project explored the experience of lockdown, focusing on people living alone. Through interviews and surveys, we identified creativity as a key resource for wellbeing and connection.
We developed Toco, an app and website that supports users through structured learning paths designed to spark curiosity, build skills, and nurture existing interests—while enabling mutual support with friends at a distance.
With illustrated, step-by-step tutorials, users progress through course levels and track their achievements. After completing a full course, they earn a Master badge, which unlocks the ability to create and share challenges with the wider Toco community.

	The brief focused on Venice’s “rebirth”: designing alternatives for both residents and visitors by promoting lesser-known areas, routes, and activities beyond the usual tourist paths.
We observed that Venice—crowded during the day—often becomes surprisingly empty after dinner. Aside from bars and bacari, there are limited evening options, which affects locals and reinforces overtourism concentrated in the same places (e.g., San Marco and Strada Nova). Creating a richer nighttime offer could benefit residents while also redistributing visitors across different time slots and neighbourhoods.
In response, we designed Bacàn (Venetian word for “confusion” or lively buzz): a cultural hub that hosts weekly activities—exhibitions, talks, conferences, and concerts—with a strong focus on supporting emerging creatives and young talent. Bacàn also operates as a connector, building a network with existing local associations to continuously curate alternative experiences throughout the city.
Final outputs: two posters and a brochure.

	This stamp was born after the visit to the Postal and Telegraphic Museum of the Mitteleuropa, in Trieste. I chose to work on the personification of the Post, the protagonist of the beautiful nineteenth-century painting placed in the central building’s hall. I decided to reinterpret it in a modern way, using stencils and sprays in order to make analogical mails more attractive for young people. After several attempts of image cut and color, I decided for an overlap of three colors (black, red and blue) slightly out-of-phase to give an effect of dynamism. I decided to write the anniversary date (the museum’s tenth birthday) with a red stencil. 
My stamp received an award from Poste Italiane (the Italian postal service) and was printed as celebratory limited edition postcards.

	The brief consisted on the visual translation of one of Italo Calvino’s “Italian folktales”. My team chose “Dear as salt”, and we translated it into a variable font. 
Variability, in fact, is the main feature of the tale’s characters. Another recurring event was the presence of the number three, which we represented by designing the font through modules and splitting them into three parts. 	Nido is a magazine about italian dwellings and the objects inside them.
 
“Non sono case anche 
le stanze in cui ci si crea 
un proprio spazio 
di personalizzazione, 
le celle dei carcerati, 
le camere dei malati, 
le tendopoli, 
le case mobili, 
le case nomadi, 
le case temporanee?”
 The magazine includes interviews, photographies, illustrations, poetries and editorial articles. The common topic is dwelling, always keeping a cozy but impartial tone, telling about different stories, different “houses”, but mainly different people, even if never showing them directly but only though objects. The first issue contains a section dedicated to quarantine, a moment during which we all have been constricted in our homes.
